This 30+ year old celebration brings strangers and friends together from diverse faith and spiritual traditions. Our first Seattle interfaith celebration was inspired by the Vedanta Society. Those organizers formed the Interfaith Council of WA (ICW) in 1987. ICW becoming Interfaith Network (TIN). In 2013 TIN merged with Northwest Interfaith Community Outreach (NICO), separately formed in 2003, and evolved into Northwest Interfaith (NWI) in 2018. We continue to gather diverse peoples of faith and spiritual traditions together for celebration, dialogue, education, friendship, social / climate activism, and worship.
Co-Creators: Northwest Interfaith Community Sanctuary, Call of Compassion NW, Peace Camp International, SiSiWiss Medicine Circle, along with diverse spiritual communities living in the great northwest.
